Personal Project
The MYP Personal Project is a student-directed inquiry produced over an extended period of time. It is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in investigating something of personal relevance and interest to you, to analyze and to reflect on the learning process and to share your findings and results through a comprehensive report and your project display at the culminating event known as the MYP Showcase.

Moderation Process
The official validation of personal project grades is mandatory for all MYP schools ending in year 5 (10th grade) and requires a process of external moderation of the teachers’ internal standardized assessment.
The term moderation refers to the checking and standardization of assessment. Adjustment of the results may or may not be required following the process, depending on the supervisors’ understanding and application of MYP personal project assessment criteria.
